Privacy Policy

If you send us an estimate request, we store what you typed so we can get back to you about the work. That's it. There are no customer accounts, no analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we don't sell or share your details.

When you fill in the estimate form and press Request my free estimate, your details are saved to our database so they reach us reliably and don't get lost. We store your name, phone number, and — only if you choose to give them — your email, neighborhood, the type of work, how you'd prefer to be contacted, and anything you write in the description box.

Only the business owner can see those requests, through a password-protected page. They are not published anywhere on this website and are not visible to other visitors.

If you'd rather not have anything stored, use Text it instead or simply call (901) 827-5759. That option builds the message inside your own phone and sends nothing to our database — you press send yourself, and if you close the app without sending, we never receive anything.

Estimate requests are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, a third-party hosting provider, on our behalf. They hold the data for us and don't use it for their own purposes.

We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to respond to you, carry out the work, and keep ordinary business records. If you'd like your request deleted, call or text us and we'll remove it.

When you call, text, or send us an estimate request, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, the address or neighborhood of the job, and a description of the work, plus any photos you send.

We use that information for one purpose: to respond to you, prepare an estimate, and carry out the work if you hire us. We keep it only as long as we need it for the job and for our own business records. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the business except where it is necessary to do the work you asked for, or where the law requires it.

Browsing this site sets no cookies, and it does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or session-recording tools. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so loading the page does not report your visit to anyone else.

The only cookie this site ever sets is a sign-in cookie on the owner's private dashboard. It is never set for ordinary visitors, and it isn't used for tracking.

Your browser will still keep its ordinary cache of the pages and images it downloads. That is handled by your browser, not by us.

This site links out to the company's Google Business listing so you can read our reviews at the source. Once you follow a link away from this site, you are on someone else's website and their privacy practices apply, not ours. We have no control over what they collect.

The project photographs on this site show work completed by Drywall & Remodeling ETC.. They are published with the company's permission. If you are a customer and would prefer that photos of your home not appear here, contact us and they will be removed.

This site is intended for homeowners and property managers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If the way this site works changes — for example if a contact form, booking system, or analytics tool is added later — this page will be updated to describe it accurately, and the date at the top will change.
